  • You have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and clean (no smells, pet hair, deodorant marks, etc.).

Exchanges:

  • If you want an exchange, submit a return request and leave a note with the size or design you want instead

Fees:

  • Original shipping is non-refundable
  • A discounted return shipping fee will be charged
  • Returns have a 15% restocking fee (waived for exchanges)
  • Exchanges require payment of the return shipping invoice before processing

Processing:

  • Once your item is received and approved, you’ll get confirmation within 3 business days

"I rarely buy things I see advertised on social media but the design got me on this one (Operational Firehouse/Die Tired). After wearing it for a while I have been VERY happy with the quality of the hoodie itself, which has been my issue in the past with things purchased off social media stores. It’s been through a couple washes now too, and has held its shape, size and color incredibly well. I will absolutely be getting more from this company going forward!"
